Muse appoints senior project manager
Nationwide placemaker Muse has appointed Michael Ramsden as senior project manager at its Leeds office, strengthening its presence across Yorkshire and the North East.
Michael brings more than ten years’ experience in project and commercial management, having delivered complex urban regeneration schemes across the region.
He joins Muse from Latimer Developments, where he led one of Leeds’ largest residential developments, focused on delivering eighteen hundred new homes in the city centre.
His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, including land acquisition, design development, procurement, cost planning and stakeholder engagement.
Michael’s appointment comes as Muse continues to expand its regional activity and deliver place-led regeneration in partnership with local authorities.
He will play a key role in the Strategic Regeneration Partnership with Wakefield Council, alongside supporting other major projects, including the Baltic Quarter regeneration in partnership with Gateshead Council.
Simon Dew, director of development management at Muse, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Michael to the team.
“His proven track record in delivering complex, multi-phase developments and navigating challenging regulatory processes will be invaluable as we continue to create vibrant, sustainable places across Yorkshire and the North East.
“At Muse, our purpose is to build communities and create places that stand the test of time – places that are greener, better connected, and full of opportunity.
“Michael’s expertise will help us deliver on that vision, working in partnership with local authorities and stakeholders to bring lasting positive change for both people and businesses.”
