Notify Technology appoints new COO
Newcastle-based safety technology company Notify Technology has appointed Ayshea Robertson as chief operating officer to support its next phase of growth.
A HR specialist and experienced board director, Ayshea joins the business from Atom Bank, where she held the role of chief people officer.
Her previous senior roles include positions at Zen Internet, Bellway and Technology Services Group, alongside long-standing advocacy for women in tech.
In her new role, Ayshea will strengthen Notify Technology’s HR and finance functions, scale customer success as a core operational area and support the company’s continued expansion.
Ayshea said: “I have long believed in Notify’s vision to create a safer, healthier world of work and am delighted to be stepping into the chief operating officer role at such a pivotal point in the company’s growth.
“Customer success is becoming central to how Notify delivers value.
“My focus will be on bringing together customer, people and operational excellence to support sustainable scale and exceptional outcomes for our customers.”
Ayshea’s appointment follows a period of strong performance for the business, which is backed by Mercia Ventures, Calculus Capital and private investors.
Notify Technology recently reported its best-ever quarter to December 2025, with revenue up 35 per cent year on year, alongside a series of major client wins.
Duncan Davies, chief executive of Notify Technology, added: “We’re entering a defining phase at Notify.
“Ayshea’s appointment marks a step change in our operational maturity and ambition.
“She brings the experience to help us scale sustainably, while keeping people, purpose, and customer service at the heart of everything we do.”
