Vail Williams appoints valuation associate
Property consultancy Vail Williams has strengthened its Oxford team with the appointment of valuation specialist David Grove as associate, supporting growing demand across the region.
David joins the Oxford office, which opened less than two years ago as part of the firm’s Thames Valley expansion.
He brings 30 years’ experience providing valuations for secured lending, pension, accounting and probate purposes, alongside work across commercial, retail, residential, education sector estates and lease advisory matters.
Based at New Barclay House on Botley Road, David joins a 13-strong Oxford team, with further growth planned this year across lease advisory, agency and building consultancy services.
David said: “Vail Williams has a high quality, established client base in and around Oxford and I look forward to providing well-rounded, pragmatic consultancy to lenders, investors, landlords, occupiers and professional advisers.”
David’s appointment supports Vail Williams’ wider business strategy, following the launch of a new three-year plan focused on innovation, service excellence and sustainable growth across its full-service property offering.
Richard Dawtrey, who leads the Oxford office, and is Vail Williams’ lead partner of investment, added: “David’s remit is valuation work for secured lending and other purposes, supporting clients with market-focused advice across a range of property assets.
“His strong understanding of local and regional markets makes him a trusted adviser within the Oxfordshire property landscape.”
