Beyond Housing retains inclusive employer status
A Tees Valley and North Yorkshire housing provider has received renewed recognition for building an inclusive workplace.
Beyond Housing has been reaffirmed in the UK’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Places to Work, as measured by the National Centre for Diversity.
The organisation also retained its Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation following an independent assessment.
First achieving the standard in 2022, Beyond Housing has continued to embed inclusive behaviours aligned to the FREDIE model.
The latest review highlighted strong colleague engagement, high survey participation and evidence of progress against previous recommendations.
Assessors cited leadership commitment, improved recruitment, continued training investment and better accessibility as key strengths.
The assessment also recognised structured governance and staff-led forums supporting dignity, respect and inclusion across the organisation nationwide.
Catherine Clennett, director of people at Beyond Housing, said: “We are extremely proud to retain our Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation and our inclusion in the top 100 most inclusive employers.
“Beyond Housing is committed to providing a work environment and service to customers where everyone feels valued and respected, and this recognition reflects our collective ongoing efforts to maintain that.”
