E3P launches new heritage division
Multidisciplinary environmental consultancy E3P, headquartered in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester, has launched a dedicated historic environment division, strengthening its integrated support for development projects.
The new division brings together the firm’s archaeological, acoustics, geotechnical, ecological, and environmental expertise to help clients identify heritage constraints early, reduce delays, and manage project risk more effectively.
Beki Jones has been appointed associate director of historic environment to lead the team.
She brings extensive experience providing archaeological consultancy across major residential, commercial, utilities, and infrastructure schemes, guiding developments from planning through to delivery.
Beki said: “I’m thrilled to be joining E3P to lead the historic environment division.
“This is a unique opportunity to build a solutions-focused, data-driven team that supports all of E3P’s services, providing clients with a holistic approach.
“By combining our expertise in intrusive ground investigation, site management, health and safety, and archaeology, we can deliver practical, integrated solutions that streamline site operations, reduce uncertainty, and give clients clearer insight for decision-making at every stage.”
The division complements E3P’s established offering across geotechnical, ecology, arboriculture, and acoustics, providing clients with a single multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of development challenges.
The launch forms part of E3P’s wider investment in technical expertise and leadership as the consultancy continues to grow.
Martin Dyer, chief executive of E3P, added: “We saw a clear gap in the market, as archaeological services are often delivered separately from ground and environment investigations, which can create delays and inefficiencies for developers.
“Our historic environment division addresses this industry pain point, providing clients with fully integrated support from the outset of a project.
“Beki’s leadership and technical expertise will be central to this and I look forward to seeing how she shapes and grows the division while creating long-term value for our clients.”
