Equiom appoints senior corporate manager
Isle of Man-based fiduciary and corporate services firm Equiom has appointed Michael McHale as senior manager in its corporate services team, strengthening its leadership capability.
Michael returns to Equiom with more than 25 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services sector, bringing extensive expertise in managing complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate structures, property portfolios and investment entities.
Based in the firm’s Isle of Man office, he will support the continued expansion of Equiom’s corporate services offering, helping clients navigate increasingly sophisticated international requirements across the Crown Dependencies.
Michael said: “I’m delighted to be returning to Equiom.
“The firm’s relationship-led approach and global footprint provide a strong platform to deliver meaningful, well-governed solutions for clients navigating today’s challenges.”
Michael joins an experienced local leadership team and his appointment reflects Equiom’s ongoing investment in senior talent to enhance governance, capacity and client support as demand for corporate services continues to grow.
Carolyn Gelling, executive director and head of corporate services, Isle of Man, added: “Equiom has always been about combining technical capability with global reach.
“Michael’s return not only adds capacity but also brings valuable perspective as we continue to support clients operating in an increasingly complex environment.”
