HCML appoints commercial director
London-based corporate health and wellbeing provider HCML has appointed Kathryn Goldfinch as commercial director of corporate and insured health, strengthening its senior leadership team.
Kathryn brings nearly 30 years’ experience across the healthcare sector, having held senior commercial roles at organisations including Bupa, Nuffield Health and Genesis Care.
Most recently, she led private medical insurance and corporate commercial teams at Nuffield Health, driving revenue growth and managing strategic relationships with insurers, corporates, brokers and intermediaries.
Prior to this, she spent more than two decades at Bupa overseeing key partnerships with hospital groups and consultants.
In her new role, Kathryn will focus on accelerating revenue growth, expanding market share and developing new service lines.
She will also play a key role in building strategic partnerships and strengthening HCML’s relationships across the healthcare and insurance landscape.
Kathryn said: “The healthcare industry is evolving rapidly, making it an incredibly exciting time to be part of it.
“As organisations face increasing pressure to support employees’ health and wellbeing, there is a real opportunity to develop more holistic programmes that deliver measurable impact.
“HCML has a strong reputation for delivering healthcare with tangible results and I am delighted to be joining the team to help further strengthen this proposition.”
Jill Pritchard, chief commercial officer, added: “Kathryn is a highly experienced healthcare leader who brings extensive commercial and sector expertise to the role of commercial director.
“Her passion for a client-first approach, combined with a commitment to forward-thinking healthcare solutions, means she drives commercial growth with patient care firmly at its heart.
“We are delighted to welcome Kathryn at this pivotal stage of growth for HCML, as employers increasingly recognise the value of proactive, high-quality healthcare in keeping employees healthy and in work.
“I look forward to working closely with her as we continue to strengthen our proposition and remain at the forefront of the healthcare industry, driving meaningful change.”
