Pineapple Recruitment grows finance and HR team
Worcester-based recruitment firm Pineapple Recruitment has strengthened its newly launched finance and HR division with the addition of specialist recruiter Lauren McGorrigan.
Lauren joins the business with more than ten years’ recruitment experience and will work closely with divisional lead Joanna Pennell to support the national growth of the division.
Her focus will be on meeting rising demand for both interim and permanent finance and HR professionals.
The finance and HR division was launched in January and specialises in recruiting roles including finance directors, HR leaders, business partners, senior and junior accountants and payroll specialists.
Lauren’s appointment adds further depth and expertise to the team as Pineapple Recruitment continues to build out its sector-focused recruitment offering and support clients across the UK.
Lauren said: “You can’t fail to notice the huge strides Pineapple Recruitment has made over recent years.
“Their credentials within the hospitality and catering industry are widely known and I look forward, alongside Joanna, to make a difference in the months and years ahead as we focus on growing the new Finance and HR division.
“Countless businesses are trying to recruit the best and most qualified finance and HR professionals.
“My role is to help match them with those talented people who will help them thrive and provide tailored recruitment solutions many look for and value.”
Joanna added: “Lauren is a first-class recruiter who has a well-earned reputation within the finance and HR sectors.
“Her appointment marks the first phase of our expansion plans within the new division and allows us to handle a higher volume of candidates.
“Lauren is already making a difference and we plan to add further to the team over the coming months to keep pace with our growth.”
