Sherwen Studios strengthens marketing team
Chester-based digital consultancy Sherwen Studios has strengthened its leadership team with the arrival of Lauren Heckman as marketing manager.
Lauren joins the creative, strategic and technology-driven consultancy to lead its marketing strategy, with responsibility for events, digital content and brand activity, alongside enhancing the personal brands of senior team members.
She brings more than ten years’ experience across campaign strategy, content and performance-led marketing.
In her new role, Lauren will take a hands-on approach to delivery, supporting Sherwen’s continued growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in digital transformation, AI and automation.
Lauren said: “Sherwen Studios is an incredibly ambitious team, and it’s been exciting to hear about the plans for the future.
“But what struck me most was that, despite being a growing team, it still retains its traditional family values, and everyone has given me a warm welcome from the very first day. I love that everyone is free to continually upskill and try new things.
“It’s rare to find a workplace that embodies a positive learning culture and enables everyone to collaborate and learn from one another.
“Not only is this great for improving our own skills and knowledge, but it means we can deliver better experiences for clients.”
Lauren’s appointment follows a year of record growth for Sherwen Studios, which recently announced James Ferguson as head of experience.
Founded more than 45 years ago as a photography studio, the business has evolved into a trusted digital consultancy and completed a major rebrand last year to reflect its expanded transformation capabilities.
Matt Sherwen, managing director of Sherwen Studios, added: “We’re incredibly excited that Lauren has joined us.
“Her experience has been a fantastic addition to our marketing team.
“Since launching our new service proposition a year ago, we’ve been working hard to ensure our clients understand how we support them through transformations, AI, and automation.
“Lauren’s appointment means we can push forward with an upcoming schedule of events and digital content.
“With her support, we can continue to deliver those value-added extras that educate clients on what they need, rather than what they think they might want.”
