Strategi Solutions boosts leadership team
Newcastle-under-Lyme-based consultancy Strategi Solutions has strengthened its leadership team with the arrival of Qashem Miah as partnerships director, supporting plans for UK and international growth.
Qashem joins the business to design and deliver a group-wide partnerships and business development strategy, reporting to group chief executive Wendy Dean.
In his new role, he will lead commercial growth across the group, with responsibility for partnerships, business development and revenue generation.
Qashem brings more than 20 years’ experience leading large businesses in the motor trade across the region and is well known locally for his involvement with Caudwell Children’s Charity.
He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Strategi at such an exciting stage in its journey.
“The Group has a strong reputation, a clear sense of purpose, and significant growth potential both in the UK and internationally.
“I’m looking forward to building meaningful partnerships, supporting the team, and helping to scale a commercial function that creates lasting value for clients and the wider region.”
Based in Staffordshire, Strategi Solutions is continuing to scale its operations, supporting clients across the public and private sectors as well as emerging international markets.
Qashem’s appointment reflects Strategi Solutions’ continued investment in senior talent to drive growth and economic impact from its Staffordshire base.
Wendy Dean added: “Qash’s appointment represents an important milestone for Strategi.
“As we continue to grow from Staffordshire into wider UK and global markets, having a dedicated partnerships director leading our commercial strategy is critical.
“Qash brings the experience, energy, and strategic mindset needed to help us build long-term partnerships, secure new clients, and strengthen our market position.”
