Ridge joins Sheffield property network
A South Yorkshire property and construction membership organisation has expanded its professional network with the addition of a new built environment specialist.
The Sheffield Property Association (S-PA) has welcomed Ridge Leeds as its latest member, strengthening its representation across the region’s property and development sector.
Ridge is a long-established built environment consultancy, providing advisory, design, engineering and technical services across the full lifecycle of buildings and infrastructure.
Founded in 1946, the firm operates nationally, with its Leeds office acting as a key base for work across Yorkshire.
By joining the association, Ridge Leeds becomes part of a network that brings together professionals from across the property industry, supporting collaboration, knowledge-sharing and the continued growth of Sheffield’s built environment sector.
Andrew McNaghten, managing partner at Ridge Leeds, said: “Joining the Sheffield Property Association is an important step in strengthening our connections across Yorkshire's vibrant property community.
“As a Sheffield resident myself, I recognise first hand that the S-PA provides an invaluable platform for us to engage with clients we can genuinely help, share expertise, and contribute to the region’s-built environment discussions.”
Tim Bottrill, director of the S-PA, added: “It’s great to welcome Ridge to the S-PA.
“As a leading built environment consultancy with a strong presence across Yorkshire, they bring a wealth of experience that will add real value to our community.
“The S-PA is all about bringing together organisations who care about how Sheffield grows and evolves, and we’re looking forward to seeing how Ridge get involved, share their expertise and contribute to the conversations shaping the city’s built environment.”
