Tech-for-good platform appoints PR partner
A Bristol-based technology platform focused on community impact is strengthening its communications strategy after appointing a new PR partner to support its next phase of growth.
Tech-for-good platform Neighbourly has appointed Manchester and London-based PR Agency One to deliver retained PR and communications services following a competitive pitch.
The partnership will focus on raising Neighbourly’s profile across key sectors and reinforcing its position within the ESG and social value agenda.
PR Agency One will deliver a mix of creative campaigns and ongoing press office activity across the UK, helping to showcase Neighbourly’s role at the forefront of responsible business and community engagement.
Stephen Sanders, associate director at PR Agency One, said: “Neighbourly is a brilliant example of the ingenious tech-enabled solutions that the British economy is so good at producing.
“The team combines sharp business sense with a genuine commitment to social impact, making it an inspiring client to represent.
“We look forward to amplifying their story and helping them demonstrate the positive difference they make every day.”
Neighbourly’s platform connects businesses with local good causes, enabling companies and employees to support communities through volunteering, financial donations and surplus redistribution.
It also provides detailed reporting to help organisations track and demonstrate the real-world impact of their social value initiatives.
The platform already supports the social value programmes of major brands including M&S, ALDI, B&Q, Microsoft, Hays and Sainsbury’s, embedding community support into everyday business activity.
Steve Butterworth, chief executive of Neighbourly, added: “We were impressed by PR Agency One’s track record in building visibility for organisations with a strong social purpose.
“Their blend of creativity and rigorous measurement will be invaluable as we continue to scale our impact and help more businesses deliver meaningful support to the communities that need it most.”
