Aon strengthens Leeds corporate team
Global professional services firm Aon plc has appointed Richard Frost as client director in its Leeds office, reinforcing its corporate team in the region.
Richard began his career with Aon in 2002, spending three years in the specialist private medical insurance team before moving on to roles with Allianz Insurance and Swinton Commercial, later part of Towergate and Everywhen.
Bringing 24 years of industry experience, he will lead complex global accounts, overseeing renewals, claims and client enquiries, while also supporting business development across the Leeds corporate portfolio.
Richard said: “Starting my insurance career with Aon in 2002 gave me a great grounding in the industry, and the positive experience I had has stayed with me throughout my career.
“The opportunity to work with clients with global requirements, alongside Aon’s strong learning and development offering, made the decision to return an easy one.
“I’m enjoying being back.
“The supportive culture and the challenge of the role means that I’m already learning a lot.”
Richard’s appointment strengthens Aon’s regional presence as it continues to support clients with risk, insurance and advisory services across the UK and internationally.
Michael Fisher, head of office for Aon in Leeds, added: “It’s great to welcome Richard back to the team.
“His strong experience perfectly complements the talent in our office, and I am looking forward to working closely with him.
“He has made an immediate impact, and his return is testament to Aon’s supportive culture and investment in its colleagues.”
