DPP Planning promotes Newcastle trio
Newcastle-based planning consultancy DPP Planning has promoted three team members at its North East office, strengthening senior and mid-level expertise.
Lee Fulcher has been elevated from principal planner to associate director after eight years with the firm.
He has progressed from work experience to senior leadership, advising on major schemes including Cramlington Learning Village and a 248-home development at Merrington Lane in Spennymoor.
Hana Rothwell and Ava Hodgson-Greaves have both been promoted from assistant planner to planner.
Since joining in 2023, Hana has supported a range of applications across the region, while Ava has contributed to education and healthcare projects including Polam Hall School and Scarborough Hospital.
The promotions reflect DPP Planning’s continued investment in developing talent within its Newcastle office.
Gareth Hooper, chief executive at DPP Planning, said: “I’d like to take this opportunity to share my congratulations with Lee, Hana and Ava.
“It’s always fantastic to see our team’s hard work and determination rewarded, and these individuals thoroughly deserve their promotions.
“They have demonstrated that they truly live DPP’s values – balance, integrity, professionalism, dependability, respect and teamwork.
“DPP has always been committed to providing an environment where talented professionals can grow and succeed – something that these promotions really highlight.
“I personally can’t wait to see Lee, Hana and Ava thrive in their new roles and continue to develop their careers here at DPP.”
