Keepmoat appoints new regional managing director
Homebuilder Keepmoat has appointed Ciaran Aldridge as regional managing director for its Yorkshire East region, reinforcing senior leadership across the business.
Ciaran brings more than 18 years’ experience in the property sector, having previously served as national property director at Aldi and divisional managing director at McCarthy Stone.
He succeeds Dan Crew, who has been promoted to divisional chair.
In his new role, Ciaran will lead land, construction and regional strategy across East Yorkshire, supporting growth and the delivery of affordable homes on brownfield sites.
He said: “I’m thrilled to have been appointed by such a prominent, national homebuilder as it continues its exciting growth journey.
“I look forward to using my experience to enhance the fantastic results the region generates and provide the wider community with much-needed housing.
“Through its strategic partnership model, Keepmoat is committed to delivering high quality, sustainable homes and I’m eager to continue this effort.”
Keepmoat Yorkshire East is currently progressing developments in Doncaster, Bridlington, Scarborough and Hull, as the homebuilder continues to expand its presence across the region.
Dan Crew, divisional chair at Keepmoat, added: “The whole team is proud to welcome Ciaran to the team - his experience and passion for the industry, alongside his drive for growth, will be invaluable as we continue to develop.
“With his leadership, we look forward to building on our strong track record of regenerating brownfield land and creating affordable homes that meet the needs of local communities.”
