Naylors Gavin Black strengthens valuations team
Newcastle-based commercial property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black has strengthened its service offering with the appointment of Ben Wood as associate partner.
Ben, who brings more than 20 years’ experience in the North East market, joins the 40-strong firm from BNP Paribas.
He will work alongside partner Martyn Collins to expand the consultancy’s valuations capability.
Ben said: “Naylors presented me with an exciting opportunity to develop and grow its valuation service offer, working alongside their experienced and highly knowledgeable team of property experts.
“We are now able to undertake a wide range of loan security valuations across all main property sectors, alongside the existing service offer for our private clients.”
Based at One Strawberry Place in Newcastle city centre, Naylors Gavin Black provides a full range of commercial real estate services to clients including Buccleuch, Cleveland Cable Company, UK Land Estates, Newcastle International Airport and Aviva, operating across the UK.
