Pacifica bolsters appliance services leadership
Houghton-le-Spring-based appliance repair and warranty specialist Pacifica has promoted Rob Johnson to managing director of Pacifica Appliance Services, reinforcing leadership across its nationwide operations.
Rob steps into the role after five years as field operations director, where he led teams through sustained growth in both service volumes and performance.
He will now oversee an operation delivering more than 360,000 domestic appliance repairs each year.
In his new position, Rob will lead around 350 directly employed colleagues and work alongside more than 200 engineering companies across the UK, supporting partnerships with major manufacturers, retailers and insurers.
Rob said: “I am incredibly proud to take on the role of managing director for Pacifica Appliance Services.
“It has been a privilege to lead our field operations over the past five years, and I am grateful for the hard work, resilience and commitment shown by our teams every day.
“I’m excited to continue working alongside such talented colleagues as we build on our strengths and deliver exceptional service for our customers.
“I would also like to congratulate Kirsty and Lee on their well-deserved promotions, and I look forward to supporting them as we take our operations to the next level.”
Alongside his promotion, Pacifica has also elevated Kirsty Jack to head of direct field operations and Lee Garland to head of indirect field operations, further strengthening its field leadership structure.
Kevin Brown, chief executive of Pacifica, added: “This appointment reflects the scale and maturity of our appliance services operation today.
“Rob has been instrumental in strengthening our nationwide delivery capability and building trusted relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
“As demand for high quality repair and aftercare services continues to grow, this leadership structure ensures we are well positioned to support our partners, maintain service standards and continue expanding our operations across the UK.”
