Serbus completes executive leadership team
Braintree-based technology and security specialist Serbus has completed its executive leadership team with two senior appointments as it advances its ‘connect and protect’ strategy.
Jonathan Kay joins as group chief finance officer, bringing more than 25 years’ experience in private equity-backed technology businesses, including senior roles at Node4.
He will lead Serbus’ financial strategy as the business continues to scale.
Roddy Wilson has been appointed chief information and security officer, overseeing technical and engineering capabilities.
He joins after more than 30 years in the British Army, where he delivered secure communications for complex operations.
Their appointments complete the six-strong leadership team, following recent hires across revenue, delivery and HR, as Serbus strengthens its senior capability to support growth across critical national services.
Group chief executive Simon Fieldhouse said: “This strengthened executive leadership team marks a pivotal moment in our transformation.
“These appointments bring exactly the right expertise and experience, aligned to our security DNA, to drive and execute our growth plans, as we aim to become a UK leader in connecting and protecting critical national infrastructure.”
