Haute Dolci appoints executive pastry chef
Luxury dessert brand Haute Dolci has appointed Ludwig Hely as executive pastry chef, strengthening its culinary leadership as it introduces new seasonal creations.
Ludwig brings more than ten years’ experience across premium hospitality environments, with a background in modern patisserie and flavour-led dessert development.
He will lead menu innovation while maintaining the brand’s signature indulgent style.
Among his first creations is the Love Heart Red Velvet Cheesecake, launching as part of a Valentine’s promotion running from 9 to 22 February.
The limited-edition dessert joins Haute Dolci’s established range, including the Dubai Kunafa Bar and Matilda Cake.
Ludwig’s appointment marks a new phase for Haute Dolci as it continues to refine its dessert offering across its growing portfolio.
Nizam Mohamed, chief executive of Haute Dolci, said: “Welcoming Ludwig to Haute Dolci represents an important step in the continued evolution of our brand.
“His philosophy of flavour first and experience always aligns perfectly with our vision.
“We are committed to refining our pastry development and elevating the way guests experience dessert in our spaces, and Ludwig’s leadership strengthens that direction.”
