Lomond appoints investment management director
Lettings and estate agency network Lomond has appointed Hannah Farmer as managing director of Lomond Investment Management, its specialist residential rental asset division.
Hannah joins with extensive senior leadership experience across the property sector, including roles at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions where she oversaw complex property portfolios and integrated facilities management services across the UK.
She has also operated in global leadership positions, managing operational performance, governance and health and safety across large enterprise accounts.
In her new role, Hannah will lead Lomond Investment Management as it continues to expand its residential portfolio across single-family housing, build-to-rent and other specialist assets.
The division has doubled the size of its portfolio in the past two years, supporting growth across its London, Manchester and Exeter teams.
Hannah said: “I am thrilled to be joining Lomond at such a significant point in its journey. The investment management division has built an impressive platform with huge potential for continued innovation and expansion.
“I look forward to working with the talented teams across the country to deliver outstanding results for our clients and to help shape the future of residential asset management.”
