Pull the Pin promotes senior duo

Birmingham-based digital agency Pull the Pin has promoted Prenam Gill and Jack Boulter to its leadership team as it targets £1 million in revenue for the first time.

Prenam steps into the role of head of client servicing, while Jack becomes head of growth and digital strategy. 

The pair will lead plans to increase turnover from £950,000 in 2025 to £1.4 million this year, alongside expanding the agency’s AI-led and integrated marketing offering.

Prenam joined the firm in 2021 as its first employee and has since played a central role in shaping client strategy and long-term partnerships. 

She brings more than a decade of experience across SEO, strategy and client services, working with brands including Wiltshire Farm Foods and DHL.

Prenam said: “For 2025/26, the critical trend is an increased appetite to bring sales and marketing teams together through robust data hygiene.

“Traceability and ROI are now non-negotiable; clients must be able to trace the return on every effort, which is impossible without clean data.

“While the market is distracted by AI hype, our strategic push is to help clients get their 'house' in order first.

“You simply cannot deliver impactful AI with poor-quality data.”

Jack added: “I joined Pull the Pin at a pivotal moment in 2023, as the agency began evolving into a more structured, strategically led business. 

“With ten years’ experience delivering performance-led digital strategies for both global brands and specialist, niche service providers, I’ve spent my career building ground-up strategies that drive measurable results.

“As part of the senior leadership team, my role is to help set the strategic direction of PTP, lead client strategy, and ensure we continue to deliver work of a consistently high standard as the agency grows.

“I’ll also be working closely with the wider team to strengthen our capability across SEO, paid media and integrated digital strategy – keeping everything aligned under a clear, joined-up approach that delivers real commercial impact for our clients.”

The promotions come as Pull the Pin continues to secure new digital marketing mandates across the Midlands and beyond.

Founder Sam Hufton added: “There is a big opportunity this year and we knew we had to strengthen our senior leadership team to execute this push.
