Thomas & Adamson expands London team
Construction and property consultancy Thomas & Adamson, part of Egis Group, has strengthened its London office with three new appointments as demand for its services continues to grow.
Project director Jag Grewal has joined the senior leadership team, bringing experience from Turner & Townsend and a background in high-end residential and commercial development.
He is now leading projects across the health and life sciences sectors.
Project manager Josh Laloli and quantity surveyor Thomas Barnes have also joined, adding international experience across major infrastructure, defence and commercial schemes.
Their appointments enhance the consultancy’s capacity across key growth sectors including build to rent, hospitality and life sciences, as Thomas & Adamson continues to invest in its London presence.
Gary Wait, director at Thomas & Adamson, said: “London is a key market for us, and the growth of the team reflects our ambition for the years ahead.
“Strengthening this office is a natural progression as demand continues to rise, and each new appointment brings fresh expertise, enabling us to take on more complex work while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
“With the support of Egis, we are well positioned to expand into new sectors and build a more resilient, forward‑looking operation in the capital.”
