Christeyns expands commercial laundry team
Bradford-based hygiene specialist Christeyns UK has appointed five new team members and made three senior promotions within its commercial laundry division as it prepares for further growth.
Peter Durkin joins as project engineer within the sustainability team, while Leon Noakes has been appointed trainee engineering technician at the firm’s Cutler Heights engineering hub.
The territorial field team has also been strengthened with the arrival of technical service account managers James Matthews, Michael Taylor and Nick Dunne.
Alongside the new hires, Matt Uphill has been promoted to field technical director, Kelvin Kriel to national accounts director and Stacey King to technical manager.
Their appointments reinforce Christeyns’ operational and engineering capability as it continues to support multi-million-pound laundry contracts nationwide.
Operations director Justin Kerslake said: “We are confident that these new appointments will further strengthen our team in the UK and reflect the implementation of our strategic plans to grow the business and provide the services that meet the needs of our customers.
“It is an exciting time for the hygiene industry with sustainability and technology playing a huge role in our path forward.
“Investing in new talent will ensure we are prepared for growth in the year ahead.”
