Forza Doors expands Midlands and North operations
Sussex-based manufacturer Forza Doors has strengthened its presence in the Midlands and the North of England as part of its long-term growth plans.
The company has scaled its Birmingham commercial team, which will manage all sales enquiries across the two regions.
Phil Pritchard has stepped into the role of senior commercial manager, joined by regional sales managers Callum Neilson and Matt Dobell, who has rejoined the company.
At its Partridge Green head office, Forza Doors has appointed Ricky Thomas as head of commercial to lead internal sales and estimating teams nationwide.
Anthony Kennedy has also joined as specification manager, marking the firm’s first dedicated move into the architect and design community.
Founded in 2010, Forza Doors now employs more than 240 people and reported a 14 per cent increase in annual revenue in its last financial year.
Will Hunnam, managing director at Forza Doors, said: “Regional expansion has always been central to our strategy, so this marks an important next step as we move towards true national coverage.
“By strengthening our presence in the Midlands and the North, we can work more closely with customers, respond more quickly to project demands and continue to deliver the service levels the market expects.
“Combined with our refreshed brand and ongoing investment in our people and technical capability, this expansion reinforces our position as a manufacturer and employer of choice.”
