Commercial property firm wraps up trio of deals
A commercial and industrial property firm is cheering a trio of deals.
Towngate is working with We Do Tennis CIC, Optimum Padel and Routes Healthcare.
The operator has agreed a ten-year lease with We Do Tennis CIC to occupy two units at Hull’s Sutton Fields Industrial Estate.
Bosses say the move will deliver the organisation’s “first standalone pickleball venue” at the 21,900sq ft base, with seven courts complemented by an on-site café.
Brighouse-based Towngate has also welcomed Optimum Padel on a ten-year lease to a 30,747sq ft unit at Towngate Link, in Leeds’ Cross Green Vale, with the space transformed into an eight-court indoor padel club.
And it has signed a five-year lease of 2300sq ft with Routes Healthcare, at Parkview House, on Brighouse’s Woodvale Office Park, which will see the care provider relocate from Huddersfield.
Tom Lamb, property director at Towngate, said: “We are thrilled to support the launch of We Do Tennis’ first dedicated pickleball venue.
“We’re confident We Do Tennis will succeed in growing the sport in the area.
“We are also thrilled to be working with Optimum Padel when the sport is experiencing exponential growth globally.”
