Bradley Hall expands national team
Newcastle-headquartered property consultancy Bradley Hall has completed a national recruitment drive with a series of graduate and senior appointments across its offices.
The firm has appointed five graduate surveyors to its valuations and commercial agency teams in Newcastle, Teesside, Leeds and Birmingham.
The graduates will begin this academic year and complete their APC qualifications with senior support.
Richard Rafique, managing director of commercial property services at Bradley Hall, said: “Following a national recruitment drive, we are pleased to have appointed five ambitious and driven graduates into positions across our network of offices.
“Since the restructure of the firm in 2015, we have grown over 400 per cent, a reflection of the increased demand for our services and talented staff we recruit across the business.
“Investing in new, future talent ensures that the next generation of surveyors gain experience working in a national full-service practice, and their appointments will inject energy and drive into the business as they support longer-serving members of staff across our valuations and commercial agency departments.
“Our APC qualification scheme will allow all our graduates to become chartered surveyors, with support from senior team members across the business.”
In Newcastle, Tracey Delaney and Suzy Potter have joined the valuations department as valuation coordinators, while Rish Rahane has been appointed senior block and estate property manager.
The Leeds office has also welcomed Henry Bowers to lead commercial property in Yorkshire.
Bradley Hall operates from 11 offices nationwide and provides services spanning agency, valuations, property management and auctions.
Richard added: “Our additional appointments to valuations, property management and estate agency, the recent appointment of Henry Bowers and the sustained growth of our auctions department cements the award-winning service we offer to clients across the country.
“From South West Scotland to Oxfordshire, our teams provide high-quality end-to-end property services across 11 departments, supporting clients and businesses from initial enquiry to handover of keys and beyond.
“The team we have built now reaches almost 100- a record number of staff for the business.
“With over 30 registered valuers and strong central teams who support our national offices, Bradley Hall will continue to drive forward and expand our service lines for clients across the country.”
