Johnson Fellows appoints helpdesk manager
Birmingham-based property consultancy Johnson Fellows has appointed Jay Chauhan as helpdesk manager to strengthen its facilities management team.
Jay joins from Sanctuary Housing Association and brings more than 13 years’ experience, having previously worked with Mainstay Group and Principal Estate Management.
In her new role, she will oversee maintenance requests across the firm’s commercial and residential portfolio, supporting efficient service delivery for clients.
Jay said: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining the team at Johnson Fellows as the company continues to go from strength to strength.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients to deliver outstanding service and playing my part in supporting the company’s expanding portfolio.”
Johnson Fellows, established in 1984, operates from offices in Birmingham, London and Manchester, providing agency, lease advisory, property management, building surveying and valuation services.
Jay’s appointment supports the consultancy’s continued growth and its focus on delivering responsive facilities management across its expanding property portfolio.
