Neverland appoints chief strategy officer
Independent brand strategy and creative agency Neverland, based in Shoreditch, has appointed Laura Kinzett as chief strategy officer, promoting her to its executive leadership team.
Laura joined the agency in 2022 and has led strategy across major client relationships including Center Parcs, UNICEF UK and Which?, while supporting new business growth.
She succeeds Lola Neves, who left at the start of 2026, and will join the executive team alongside chief executive Josh Harris and other senior leaders.
Laura is currently on maternity leave and will formally take up the role in September, with her responsibilities covered in the interim by co-founder Simon Massey.
Laura said: “I’m chuffed to bits to lead the strategic output at an agency I love, championing creative thinking and giving it a real voice at the boardroom table of our clients.
“And to be promoted whilst on maternity leave makes it all the more special for me.
“For now, though, life is a joyful whirlwind of cuddles and chaos with my three-month-old and three-year-old.”
Josh Harris, chief executive at Neverland, added: “Laura has been the perfect chief strategy officer in the making, always delivering the simple truths that lead to outstanding creative, and building her team at Neverland whilst doing so.
“Her promotion marks a step change in our offering as both a creative and business partner to our clients.”
