RSM UK appoints digital forensics head
Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Jamie Baker as consulting partner and head of digital forensics.
Jamie joins from Deloitte, where he spent more than 25 years and most recently served as forensic technology lead partner.
His experience spans digital forensics, e-discovery, data analytics, investigations and software development, advising corporate and public sector clients on complex matters.
In his new role, he will lead the technology arm of RSM’s forensics practice, overseeing the existing eDiscovery team and expanding analytics and AI capability.
Jamie will also support the development of digital strategy across the wider consulting division.
He said: “I’m thrilled to be joining RSM – the firm has a clear appetite for growth when it comes to digital strategy.
“Having built a career developing tech-enabled forensic and data services, I’m looking forward to leveraging these skills to help transform emerging tech into practical client solutions.”
Jamie’s appointment strengthens RSM UK’s forensic technology offering as demand grows for data-led investigation and advisory services.
Jarrod Haggerty, partner and head of forensic and investigation services at RSM UK, added: “Jamie’s expertise as a leader in forensic technology and data analytics is a valuable addition to RSM.
“We’re delighted to have him as part of the firm, to support the delivery of successful digital transformation projects and take a leading role in driving forward our digital strategy.”
