Wells Interiors appoints chief operating officer
London-based luxury wallcovering installer Wells Interiors has appointed Joanna Draper as chief operating officer to support international expansion.
Joanna joins from British interior design studio Nina Campbell, where she spent more than eight years and rose to head of interior design and operations.
She oversaw high-end residential and hospitality projects across the UK, US and Middle East, combining creative and operational leadership.
In her new role, she will lead commercial growth strategy, delivery planning and team development as the business expands into new markets across Europe and the Middle East.
Joanna said: “Wells Interiors represents something rare in our industry; deep technical mastery combined with genuine pride in craft.
“As wallcoverings become increasingly complex and valuable, installation is no longer a finishing trade, it is a specialist discipline.
“My focus is to build the operational structure that allows our craftsmen to deliver at the very highest level, consistently.
“Growth will only ever be meaningful if it strengthens quality, not dilutes it.”
Founded in 2010, Wells Interiors specialises in complex, high-end wallcovering installations for private residential and hospitality clients, working with leading design houses and landmark venues in London and beyond.
Mick Wells, managing director at Wells Interiors, added: “Joanna’s extensive experience in high-end interior design, combined with her operational expertise, will be instrumental as we continue to grow the business both in the UK and internationally.
“She shares our commitment to craftsmanship and exceptional client service, and her leadership will ensure that our technical excellence is consistently delivered across every project.”
