Wykeland promotes senior leadership quartet
Hull-based commercial property developer Wykeland Group has promoted four team members into new senior roles as part of a revised leadership structure.
Tom Watson becomes head of regeneration after 12 years with the business, continuing to lead projects including Hull’s Fruit Market urban village.
Matt Clarkson has been appointed head of facilities management, overseeing nearly two million sq ft of property across the portfolio.
Natalia Rudd takes on the role of head of marketing, leading communications and income-generating activity, while Liam Knaggs is now head of business space, responsible for out-of-town offices and industrial assets.
Their promotions strengthen Wykeland’s senior team as it continues to deliver regeneration projects across Hull and the Humber region.
Managing director Dominic Gibbons said: “These key appointments demonstrate the very strong focus we have on developing and rewarding talent within the business.
“They also further strengthen our team as we put in place a new structure reinforcing our focus on key areas of the business and supporting our strategic objectives going forward.
“I’d like to congratulate the four colleagues on their promotions, which are well deserved, and look forward to seeing them make important contributions to Wykeland’s continued growth in the years ahead.”
