Xeinadin appoints Chandlers Ford director
Accountancy and business advisory firm Xeinadin has appointed Emily Light as director at its Chandlers Ford office to support continued growth in the Solent region.
Emily brings more than 12 years’ experience across practice and industry, including senior finance leadership roles within high-growth and regulated businesses.
Her expertise spans outsourced finance director support, governance, fundraising and strategic financial planning, including work with SaaS and fintech companies.
She will work alongside hub managing partner Andrew Gaete to develop the office’s advisory offering and support the expansion of its local client base.
Emily said: “I’ve joined Xeinadin at a point where the Chandlers Ford office has real momentum.
“There’s a fantastic team in place, a broad mix of clients and the opportunity to deliver high-quality advisory work that genuinely supports SME owners.
“I’m looking forward to building on that, working closely with clients and helping the team continue to grow.”
The Chandlers Ford office has grown through the integration of six local practices and now employs more than 40 people, providing services from compliance to audit and strategic advice.
Andrew added: “Emily is joining at a perfect time as the Chandlers Ford team is thriving at a local level with the backing of a fully integrated national practice behind it.
“Her experience across both professional practice and in-house finance with a blend of advisory depth and commercial insight brings a valuable perspective and enables us to support our clients with more forward-looking decision-making.
“As we continue to grow by bringing together different practices and people, it’s imperative that we build in a way that feels joined up and sustainable.”
