Forrester Boyd celebrates double success
A Yorkshire accountancy firm has celebrated a standout night after picking up two accolades at a regional industry awards ceremony.
Forrester Boyd was named Employer of the Year at the Yorkshire Accountancy Awards, while its marketing team received a Highly Commended recognition in the Support Team of the Year category.
Held at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, the event brought together firms and professionals from across the region.
The Employer of the Year award recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to employee wellbeing, career development and creating a positive working culture.
The accolades come during a period of continued growth for the firm, including further development of its Leeds office and ongoing investment in teams across Yorkshire.
Chantelle Rogers, HR manager, said: “We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud of the firm and everything we have achieved in winning Employer of the Year.
“This award means so much to us because our people are at the heart of everything we do.
“To be recognised for the culture we have worked so hard to build, and the environment we have created, is truly rewarding.
“In addition, to see our marketing team Highly Commended is a real testament to their creativity, energy and strategic focus.
“They play a vital role in communicating our values, supporting our teams and strengthening our presence across Yorkshire and beyond.”
