Lucky North in rude health with new client

A Leeds-based public relations agency is fighting fit after securing a new healthcare client.

Lucky North has been appointed by LivingCare Group to deliver a comprehensive PR strategy aimed at strengthening the healthcare provider’s brand visibility and positioning within the UK private healthcare market.

Bosses say the brief will see Lucky North draw on its experience in healthcare communications to elevate LivingCare’s profile as it continues to invest in advanced technology.

Most recently, the group became the first private healthcare provider in the North of England to introduce AI-enhanced imaging capabilities at its Leeds clinic.

Lucy Baird, director and co-founder of Lucky North, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with LivingCare Group at such an exciting point in its growth.

“As two proudly Yorkshire-based businesses, there’s a natural alignment in our values and our commitment to making a positive impact across the region.

“LivingCare has built a strong reputation for expert-led, personalised care, and there is a powerful story to tell about innovation and impact.

“We’re looking forward to amplifying that story.

“With a growing demand for accessible private healthcare, there’s a real opportunity to strengthen the brand’s voice and showcase the vital role it plays in delivering rapid, high-quality diagnostics and treatment.”

Founded in 2002 by Dr Stephen Feldman, LivingCare Group operates state-of-the-art facilities in Leeds and Sheffield, offering a range of specialist services including dermatology, urology, fertility treatment, cardiology, orthopaedics and health screening.

The business provides care to both private and NHS patients, as well as scanning and outpatient services to elite sports teams and athletes.

Dr Feldman added: “We’re entering an exciting period for the business as we expand our services and reach more patients across Yorkshire.

“Working with Lucky North gives us the strategic communications support we need to raise awareness of the high-quality care we provide.

“Their collaborative approach and understanding of our ambitions made them the ideal partner for us.”
