A North East technology services provider is celebrating a milestone anniversary as it enters a new phase of growth backed by fresh investment and expansion plans.

Hebburn-based managed service provider ITC Service is marking its 20th anniversary after evolving from a small startup into one of the region’s established technology partners. 

Today, the company supports more than 500 clients and continues to expand across a growing range of sectors.

Founded with a focus on dependable technology and strong customer relationships, the business has built its reputation by delivering tailored managed IT services to organisations across the North East and beyond.

The milestone comes at a pivotal point following investment from growth capital investor BGF. 

Funding has accelerated ITC Service’s long-term strategy, enabling the company to strengthen its leadership team, enhance its technology offering and recruit new talent across the business.

It has also laid the foundations for a targeted acquisition strategy aimed at broadening the firm’s geographic reach and complementing its existing service portfolio.
