Brave Bison appoints media growth lead
Digital media and marketing group Brave Bison has appointed Izzie Glazzard as head of growth and publishing within its media network division.
Reporting to head of content Paul Reid, Izzie will lead the company’s multi-platform content strategy across owned social channels on Snapchat, Meta and TikTok, including flagship brand The Hook.
She joins from PinkNews, where she worked as growth and publishing strategist overseeing the performance of the publisher’s social channels and supporting audience development.
Izzie said: “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining Brave Bison as head of growth and publishing.
“Stepping into this role and leading such a talented team of videographers, social media managers, researchers and script writers feels like a huge moment.
“Our focus is simple but ambitious: grow viewership, build powerful brands, and drive serious revenue across our owned and operated Snapchat, Meta and TikTok channels.
“I can already tell we’re going to do big things together.
“I’m thrilled to be part of a company that truly values bravery and innovation and I’m ready to embrace every challenge, win and wild idea that comes next.”
Izzie’s appointment reflects Brave Bison’s continued investment in senior publishing leadership as it scales its media network.
Paul added: “We’re delighted to welcome Izzie to Brave Bison as our new head of growth and publishing.
“Izzie joins us with extensive experience in the digital publishing space and has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing owned and operated digital channels across all major platforms.
“She brings a powerful blend of operational and commercial expertise which aligns seamlessly with our ambition to grow audiences, strengthen our flagship IP, and deliver meaningful commercial impact.”
