Embridge Consulting makes board appointments
Technology-enabled business transformation consultancy Embridge Consulting, headquartered in Northfleet, in Kent, has strengthened its senior leadership team with two board appointments.
Alex Ashley-Roberts and Lucy Fox have joined the board to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Alex, who joined the business as interim head of marketing and business development in July 2025, brings extensive B2B marketing experience from senior roles in the technology sector, including positions at Unit4 and Proactis.
He said: “Having spent the last six months or so working closely with Embridge as interim head of marketing and business development, I have seen first-hand the team’s proven approach to business transformation and clear track record of success.
“The launch of our new ‘Elastic Change’ and EQ-led positioning marks a defining moment for the business, and I’m excited to drive forwards a marketing and growth strategy that truly reflects how organisations need to approach transformation today.”
Lucy, formerly interim sales director, has been appointed chief commercial officer.
She brings decades of experience in SaaS B2B sales, including leadership roles at OpenSensors and Proactis.
Lucy added: “Embridge has established a genuinely different approach to transformation underpinned by the power of emotionally intelligent leadership.
“As such, I’m delighted to join the business at such an exciting stage of its journey and look forward to working closely with Alex, Emma, and the wider leadership team to accelerate growth, deepen client partnerships and scale our presence and resulting impact across key sectors.”
Their appointments come as Embridge continues to grow its presence across sectors including the public sector, healthcare, higher education and professional services.
Emma O’Brien, founder and chief executive, added: “Alex and Lucy are exceptional leaders who bring a powerful combination of strategic insight, commercial acumen, and deep sector experience to our board.
“Their appointments significantly strengthen our senior leadership team and come at a pivotal moment as we launch our new Elastic Change positioning.
“I am incredibly to be working with them and am in no doubt they will play a key role in this next phase of our growth journey.”
