RPM appoints operations director and CRM partner

Swindon-based lettings and property management business RPM has appointed industry veteran David Wilson as operations director and shareholder as it enters a new phase of growth.

David brings more than 20 years’ experience across corporate and independent estate agency, having previously held senior roles at Countrywide and Taylor’s.

Alongside David’s appointment, RPM has selected Alto as its CRM partner to support the expansion of its lettings operations.

David said: “I’ve spent most of my career in big corporate environments. 

“They taught me a lot but when you step into building something of your own, you want systems that are slick, compliant and genuinely make life easier. 

“Alto gives us that foundation.

“As soon as you start driving growth, you need visibility. 

“I want to see everything in one place:  landlords, tenants, compliance, prospecting, nurture journeys, property files.

The company, which began with a focus on property management, compliance and rent collection, is now expanding into front-end lettings, with plans to introduce a full sales offering in 2026.
