Xeinadin makes senior hires and promotions
Accountancy and advisory firm Xeinadin has strengthened its teams across the South East and North West with a series of senior appointments and promotions.
In Sittingbourne, Simon Laurie has joined as director, bringing experience supporting owner-managed businesses with compliance, advisory services and growth planning.
George Cannon has also joined as tax associate director, specialising in employment taxes and personal tax planning.
Symon Barkway, managing partner in North Kent, said: “These appointments reflect the confidence we have in the Sittingbourne office and in the wider North Kent market.
“There’s real ambition among businesses here, and we’re seeing increasing demand for advice that goes beyond compliance.
“Simon and George both understand what owner-managed businesses need at different stages of growth.
“As we continue to grow locally, being part of one fully integrated practice across the UK and Ireland means our clients benefit from local advisers backed by national expertise.
“That combination gives businesses in Sittingbourne the depth of support they need without losing the personal connection.”
Meanwhile, five senior promotions have been made across the firm’s North West regional hub.
James Bruce in Manchester, Stephanie Baker in Chester and Richard Landsberg in Birkenhead have been promoted to partner, while Nina Lasota-Long in Bolton and Paul Mulhearn in Liverpool have stepped up to director roles.
Alex White, managing partner at Xeinadin, added: “These promotions are really about recognising people who’ve put the work in and earned the trust of the businesses they look after.
“When we invest in our own people, it shows in the way we support clients.
“You get continuity, you get advisers who are confident making decisions, and you get people who genuinely care about the long-term success of the businesses they work with.
“There’s a lot of ambition across the North West and we want to match that.
“Developing leaders from within gives us the strength and stability to keep backing local SMEs properly.”
