Developer submits £36 million industry hub plans
Plans have been submitted for a £36 million industrial scheme.
Erdgard Development hopes to create Pulse, Wolverhampton.
Bosses say the venture – earmarked for Pendeford Business Park, on the city’s northern outskirts – would include three units ranging from 21,000sq ft to 80,000sq ft.
They add the bases could be ready for use by autumn 2027.
Allan Wilson, director at Henley-in-Arden-based Erdgard Development, said: “We are excited by the prospect of bringing this redundant site back into beneficial use.
“If approved, the application will enable the development of three high-quality industrial units in an outstanding working environment.”
Erdgard Development is working with the Richardson family business on the ten-acre scheme.
