AspinallVerdi bolsters Midlands team
Independent property regeneration consultancy AspinallVerdi has appointed Alice Fish as senior consultant at its Birmingham office.
Alice joins from Carter Jonas, bringing experience across residential property management, compulsory purchase, planning, development and valuations.
During more than three years with the firm, she advised a major non-departmental public body on housing refurbishment works and carried out Red Book valuations across residential, commercial and development land assets.
Her previous experience includes working with Bellway Homes, where she supported land bids, sales research and strategic land identification.
A chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer, Alice holds a first-class MSc in real estate from the University of the Built Environment and a BSc in geography from the University of Exeter.
Her appointment strengthens AspinallVerdi’s Midlands team as it continues to support residential development, regeneration and viability projects for local authorities and developers across the region.
Rachel Hill, director and head of the Birmingham office of AspinallVerdi, said: ”Alice is an invaluable and experienced addition to our growing team of chartered surveyors and chartered town planners, as we continue to attract and retain top talent while expanding our range of services.
“Our robust financial performance across our six regional offices reflects the increasing demand for our expert, tailored development and regeneration services from public and private sector clients across the Midlands and nationwide.”
