Muse appoints senior development manager
Nationwide placemaker Muse has strengthened its Yorkshire and North East team with the appointment of Grace Alderson as senior development manager.
Grace joins from Vistry Group, where she spent eight years progressing from graduate trainee to head of development and led major mixed-use regeneration projects including Pudding Mill Lane in Stratford.
In her new role, she will support key placemaking schemes in Gateshead and Bradford, including the Baltic Quarter regeneration and the City Village project.
Grace said: “I’m pleased to join Muse’s Yorkshire and North East team at such a pivotal time, as several exciting projects move into their next phase of delivery.
“The work the Muse team do in placemaking and regeneration can have a truly transformative impact on the local communities they work with, turning underused spaces into inclusive, vibrant destinations."
Grace’s appointment bolsters Muse’s capability to deliver long-term regeneration projects across the region.
Simon Dew, director of development management at Muse, added: “Grace’s arrival strengthens our ability to deliver long-term regeneration with communities at its heart.
“She brings a blend of technical expertise and genuine passion for placemaking, shaped by years of working on complex, mixed-use neighbourhoods.
“Her experience will be invaluable as we progress our work in Gateshead and Bradford alongside our local authority partners, helping to create places that support people, businesses and the wider region.”
