S&W appoints consulting partner
Professional services group S&W has strengthened its advisory consulting team with the appointment of Julie Latta as partner.
Julie brings more than 30 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain transformation and cost efficiency improvement.
Her career has included senior roles at brands such as M&S, Hilton, Sodexo, Aramark and Burberry, where she served as global director of commercial procurement.
Based in S&W’s London office, she will help strengthen the firm’s consulting capabilities as it continues to expand its presence across the UK mid-market.
Julie said: “Having spent much of my career running procurement and supply‑chain functions in complex, fast‑moving businesses, I’ve seen the value of balancing cost, quality and resilience, and of using data to drive better decisions.
“I’m excited to be joining S&W to bring that practical, real‑world experience to clients and to support the continued growth of the firm’s consulting practice.”
Claire Burden, head of consulting at S&W, added: “Julie brings a wealth of procurement and supply‑chain expertise at a time when many organisations are under pressure to improve margins, manage input‑cost volatility and deliver sustainable efficiencies.
“Her blend of industry and consulting experience, combined with her track record of leading complex transformation programmes, makes her an exceptional addition to our partnership.
“We are thrilled to welcome Julie to S&W and look forward to the impact she will have on our clients and our growing consulting team.”
