Evri takes final unit at Arrow Point

A Yorkshire logistics development has reached full occupancy following a major leasing deal with a leading parcel delivery firm.

Arrow Capital Partners has secured a 266,044sq ft lease with Evri at its Arrow Point Barnsley site, completing the letting of the South Yorkshire scheme.

The deal follows an earlier agreement with Gem Imports, meaning the development is now fully occupied. 

Located near junction 36 of the M1, the site offers access to key motorway networks and major UK logistics hubs, supporting efficient national distribution.

The agreement forms part of a wider period of activity for Arrow Capital Partners, which completed almost three million sq ft of leases across Europe in 2025.
