Zenith Celebrates Apprenticeship Success with Apex as Two Learners Achieve Distinction
We're incredibly proud to share that two of our apprentices, Harry Hastings-Petrie and Ethan Ladd, have completed their Customer Service Apprenticeships with distinction — and we couldn't be more thrilled for them both!
Harry and Ethan completed their apprenticeships while working at Apex, successfully balancing their day-to-day roles with training sessions, structured learning and portfolio development throughout the programme. Their achievements reflect their incredible personal commitment — but also the power of what's possible when training providers and employers work closely together.
From onboarding through to final assessment, our trainers supported Harry and Ethan every step of the way, helping them build key skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving and time management. Both faced challenges along the way, but with guidance from their Zenith trainer and great support from Apex, they grew enormously — in confidence, capability and professional outlook.
For Harry, the apprenticeship route meant gaining real workplace experience from day one while working towards a recognised qualification. For Ethan, it was a fresh start after university didn't feel like the right fit — and he hasn't looked back.
Both are now continuing their careers at Apex, with Harry keen to explore the engineering side of the business and Ethan looking to build on everything he's developed during the programme.
Stories like theirs are exactly why we do what we do. Congratulations, Harry and Ethan — you should be incredibly proud!
