Cuban bar raises a glass to future
A Newcastle nightlife venue is celebrating a new chapter after a change in ownership.
Revolución de Cuba Newcastle has been acquired by NEOS Hospitality, safeguarding jobs and ensuring the popular bar remains a fixture in the city’s social scene.
To mark the occasion, the venue is launching a campaign offering customers a free drink, inviting guests to toast its next phase.
The acquisition forms part of NEOS Hospitality’s wider expansion, growing its portfolio of bars and late-night venues across the UK.
Meganne Hope, general manager at Revolución de Cuba Newcastle, said: “We are thrilled to be open and to welcome our Revolución de Cuba family to share in a celebration of our long future.
“Keeping the team together and our doors open is the ultimate win, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with our customers.
“The first round is on us!”
