Developer gets nod to finish 14-home scheme
A family-run developer has secured approval for the final stage of a property venture.
Hall & Co has been backed to deliver a further two homes to the 14-property Curtis Farm development.
The Henbury-based scheme, on the outskirts of Macclesfield, will include one, three, four and five bedroom homes, with construction earmarked for completion in the summer.
Jamie Hall, development director at Stockport-based Hall & Co, said: “It’s fantastic to see our vision becoming reality at Curtis Farm.
“Work is progressing well on site and 50 per cent is already reserved, which is testament to the quality of the scheme.”
Curtis Farm has been designed by Manchester-based Ollier Smurthwaite Architects.
