Native Land appoints Asia advisor
London-based real estate investment and development company Native Land has appointed Will Richards as investment management advisor to support capital partnerships across Asia.
Will, based in Hong Kong, brings more than 12 years’ experience in global real estate investment, most recently serving as a director at Savills across its Asia Pacific capital markets and cross-border investment teams.
He previously worked within Savills’ central London investment business, developing expertise in UK real estate markets.
In his new role, Will will work with investors across Asia to build relationships and support new investment opportunities, strengthening Native Land’s access to international capital.
He said: “Native Land has built an exceptional reputation as a trusted partner to international investors and as a developer of some of London’s most distinctive mixed-use and residential projects.
“I am delighted to be working with the team to deepen and broaden the company’s relationships across Asia, connecting new sources of capital with Native Land’s pipeline at an exciting moment in the market.”
Alasdair Nicholls, chief executive of Native Land, added: “Will’s combination of central London investment expertise and his region-wide experience advising Asian investors gives him a rare perspective on the flows of capital between these markets.
“His appointment reinforces our commitment to being the partner of choice for Asian investors seeking high-quality opportunities in London and across the UK.”
