True9 marks milestone with Salts Mill move
A West Yorkshire technology consultancy has marked a decade of growth with a move to a landmark creative hub.
True9 Limited, founded in 2014 by Chris Richardson and Martin Taylor, has relocated from Halifax to Salts Mill in Saltaire.
The consultancy, which works with mid-sized businesses across the UK, helps organisations modernise and manage their digital platforms, with a particular focus on improving scalability and reliability.
Despite the move, True9 will continue to operate a flexible, remote-first model, using its new base primarily as a collaborative space within a creative environment rather than a traditional office.
Alongside its relocation, the company has invested in its brand, launching a refreshed identity and website to reflect its evolution and future ambitions.
Chris Richardson, co-founder of True9, said: “Salts Mill was built on the idea that how you treat people matters.
“That still feels relevant to us, and it’s a big part of why we chose it.
“It reflects how we want to build our business, helping people and businesses genuinely thrive.”
Martin added: “After more than a decade building the business, moving to Salts Mill felt like the right next step for us.
“It gives us a space that better reflects how we work as a team, while still keeping us rooted in West Yorkshire.”
The business has also strengthened its leadership and delivery capability, appointing Chris Nicholl as strategic growth director and promoting Tabitha Fogarty to lead delivery manager, with plans to further expand the team as demand continues to grow.
Chris added: “We’ve always focused on building a strong team and creating an environment where people can grow with the business.
“Strengthening our leadership and continuing to bring in new talent is a big part of that.”
