GT3 Architects promotes new director
Newcastle-based architectural practice GT3 Architects has promoted Neil Hardy to director as it continues its growth.
Neil becomes the first chartered architectural technologist to join the firm’s senior leadership team, recognising his role in driving technical quality and delivery standards.
He brings experience across multiple sectors and has played a key role in complex projects, as well as co-leading the practice’s technical and BIM group.
His promotion strengthens GT3’s leadership team as the business expands its UK presence, with studios in Newcastle, Nottingham, London and Belfast, and continues to grow its team.
Neil said: “It’s a real privilege to step into this role.
“At the time of joining, GT3 were a relatively new and ambitious practice offering the opportunity to contribute and help shape the business.
“In that time and during many challenges facing the construction industry, we’ve shown resilience and commitment whilst achieving sustainable growth.
“Becoming the first director of a technical discipline reflects our culture, valuing the skills that Technologists bring to the process which is a really positive message.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to support the team and build on our successes – it’s an exciting time to be part of GT3.”
Simon Dunstan, director and co-founder, added: “Neil’s promotion is a brilliant example of what career progression at GT3 can look like.
“Anyone who has worked with Neil will know the depth of knowledge, dedication and calm authority he brings to every project.
“His work ethic, passion and focus on delivering technical expertise have made a real impact on the business, and this promotion is well deserved.
“We’re proud to have him as part of our senior team and excited to see how he continues to help shape the practice moving forward.”
